Introduction
and Brief History The Trail Thrill Ski Club consists of a group of families that love snowboarding and skiing in Vermont. The club was formed in 1999 when the 1828 House was rented for the ’99-’00 ski season and The Club purchased group rate tickets from their favorite ski mountain Okemo. Trail Thrill Ski Club loves to ski, board, hike, cook, drink and associate with other active families. The core of the group is centered around Cranford, New Jersey where several members grew up, other members hail from Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and New York. In September of 2002 a sub group of the rental partners purchased the 1828 House from Mr. and Mrs. David Thrailkill. The name Trail Thrill is a play on words the Thrailkill’s and their house. We have re-christened the house as Vermont’s 1828 Reunion House and it remains primarily the lodge for Trail Thrill Ski Club. Stop by for a visit and check us out! |
