-         Check out is 10:00 am, check in is 4:00 pm

-         $250.00 refundable deposit for first time renters

-         2 night minimum, 3 night minimum for Holiday weekends

-         5% discount for second time renters (same lessee)

-         10% discount for third + time renters (same lessee)

-         Any combination is workable – call us

-         9% Vermont Lodging sales tax is additional on rent and cleaning fee.

-    First time renters 30% discount on December & March weekends

-    Rent January or February weekend and receive a December or March weekend at 50% off rent - leases and deposits for both weekends must be sent at the same time.
