10 acres of property with pastures, forests and a private wooded pond.

The North East branch of the Williams River flows next to the property (just across Smokeshire Road).  Summer activities include panning for gold, excellent fly fishing or just cooling off on a large rock while watching the racing mountain stream.  Build a dam with the plentiful rocks and create your own cool summer swimming hole.  The water is clean, cool, crisp and as refreshing as a Vermont Mountain stream can be!
